RS1 Rules

Please keep in mind that the rules section does not encompass every aspect. Punishments may be issued for violations not directly listed below. We kindly request the use of common sense when representing our organization. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

  1. Show respect to everyone within our community. Engaging in name-calling, harassment, witch-hunting, sexism, racism, or hate speech is strictly prohibited.
  2. Obtain permission from a staff member before engaging in any form of spam or self-promotion, such as sharing server invites or advertisements. This includes sending unsolicited messages to fellow members.
  3. Content that is age-restricted or explicit is not allowed. This includes text, images, or links featuring nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or any other disturbing material.
  4. If you come across any rule violations or encounter situations that make you feel unsafe, please promptly inform our staff. We strive to maintain a welcoming environment in our server.
  5. PVP is not permitted against fellow RS1 members, unless there is mutual agreement between the involved parties. Refer to the PVP policy at the bottom of the rule list for further guidance.
  6. As a medically exclusive organization, we require aspiring members to revoke their membership with any other organization that primarily focuses on medical gameplay in order to progress through our ranks.
  7. It is against our rules and values to have our members represent us while being part of organizations that contradict our principles (e.g., pirate organizations). For the protection of our members, we reserve the right to inquire about your memberships with undisclosed and redacted organizations.Please keep in mind that the rules section does not encompass every aspect. RS1 Nickname Policy

Please set your Discord nickname to reflect your RSI handle. Failure to do so will result in denial of promotions as well as denial of event invites.

RS1 Offenses & Demotions

For 99% of you, the Offenses & Demotions listed below will not apply. Although we cannot list every offense, ⁠📋rules will serve as a framework.

Official Disciplinary Process

Note: Repeat offenses may skip over the process Do not close ticket without explicit permission given from an officer. will result in another ticket with escalation. -------

Warning

You may receive a verbal or written warning. Warning will be logged. If the warning is ignored, then an offence ticket will be created. -------

Level 1: Minor Offense

Your Rights:

48 Hours of open communication via this ticket. You can bring in witnesses that can have attendance verified. Voice chat is not required but in some cases, voice chats can be granted.

Possible Outcomes:

Timeout up to 24 hours Offense is recorded in command logs On your record for 2 weeks

Level 2: Moderate Offense

Your Rights:

48 Hours of open communication via this ticket. You can bring in witnesses that can have attendance verified. You may ask for a voice chat in addition to the ticket

Possible Outcomes:

Single-rank demotion Timeout up to 1 week Offence is recorded in command logs On your record for 1 month

Level 3: Major Offense

Your Rights:

48 Hours of open communication via this ticket. You can bring in witnesses that can have attendance verified. Voice Chat is Required.

Possible Outcomes:

Single-rank demotion Timeout up to 1 week Offence is recorded in command logs On your record permanently Full demotion Possible removal from Discord and RSI Org with ban length in writing
