Command Responsibilities

• Command Team
  • Direct overall direction of organization
  • Maintain disciplinary action logs to accurately account for disciplinary actions taken within the org
  • Maintain changelogs of the actions and events within the org for historical and informational purposes  
  • Be active within the community of RS1 to promote a healthy and fulfilling relationship with all members. Join in on discussions and events hosted within the organization  
  • All members of command are to be involved in the curation and upkeep of all RS1 websites. To include RS1 wiki, Spectrum, and all social media.
  • Maintain and control the use and changing of bots and their uses within the RS1 discord
  • Provides resources and tools for all members of the org to facilitate a healthy and meaningful experience within RS1. To include training, information on tools, websites, and general assistance

    • Management & maintenance of fleets, divisions, and platoons
  • Discord bot oversight
    • Discord bot implementation & management

    • Host and facilitate large scale events multiple times a month

  • Fleet and division management
    • Facilitate health, growth, and cohesion of fleets and divisions
  • Allied organization management
    • Ensure that all allied or friendly organizations are utilized to their fullest and those relationships are maintained  
  • Lieutenant oversight
    • Ensuring the lieutenants have the resources and information they need to handle their duties and responsibilities
    • Manage activity levels of Lieutenants and ensure they are engaging with the organization

  • Lower level promotion management and oversight
    • Ensure that the official process is being followed by all members applying for the ranks of Recruit to Lead specialist.
