Processing and Closing Tickets

Promotion Tickets

Promotion tickets must be left up for at least 24 hours. Promotion tickets should be closed by: Command, the person that opened the ticket or the NCO+ that processed the ticket.

Once the promotion is approved and the person who applied replies (and has no questions), the ticket can then be closed 24 hours from when it was opened: by the NCO+ that processed the ticket, Command or the person that opened the ticket.

Event Tickets

Event tickets are good to be closed after 24 hours, as long as the event is approved and scheduled on the event calendar. There is no time limit on them being open.

Rescue Medal Awards

As soon as the medal (role) is awarded and the person responds to it, you are welcome to close it after 24 hours from when the ticket was opened.

Closing tickets reminder: Remember to ALWAYS put a short description when closing tickets.
