Rescue Etiquette

  • Accept Medical Contract
  • Contact the client in world chat to let them know that you are on the way.

Optional: If you have others joining in on the rescue, add the client to your party. This way all the party members can see the client. However, do not postpone the rescue longer than necessary in order to group up. If two members are ready, start the rescue.

  • Ask the client the details of the rescue. Are there enemies? If so, how many? Any guards? etc.
  • Keep the client updated with your ETA, so they don’t feel forgotten and they know when you’ll arrive.
  • Before entering the scene, ask the client if they want help clearing the area. If they deny help, only kill the enemies that pose an immediate threat.
  • While entering the scene, check your corners carefully, kill any hostiles needed, then revive the client.
  • If the client has any tiered injuries and you have a medical bed available, offer further assistance to the client. Otherwise, inform the client of the injuries and let them know that they can be healed at any nearby station.
  • Never loot from the client’s bunker or mission area, unless they say you can or leave the mission area.
  • Insure the client is good to go and has a ship before you leave. If their ship is destroyed, offer them a ride to the nearest station.
