OLD - Voting Procedures

Commanders, Captains, Officers, and NCOs can vote. Each member has one vote.

Clear agenda or proposal is presented. Members vote "For," "Against," or "Abstain."

Majority vote required. Abstentions do not count. "For" and "Against" votes determine the outcome.

In general, the total number of eligible NCO voters determines majority. Example: With 15 NCOs, 8 "For" are votes needed for a majority.

Results announced after voting ends. Majority decision implemented.

Commanding officer(s) have the deciding vote in case of a tie.

Commanders can veto decisions in exceptional cases that go against squad interests or policies.

Confirming an NCO promotion will be a vote withheld to Officer and above.

Disciplinary votes are unique and will be comprised of Officer and above, with the addition of three randomly selected NCOs.

	Remember, voting promotes fairness and collaboration within Rescue Squad One. Respect the outcome, even if it differs from personal preferences. Let's work together for success in Star Citizen!
